Correction and Retraction Policy

Jurnal Arsip Unpand is committed to maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the scholarly record. The journal may publish corrections or retract articles when significant errors or ethical violations are identified after publication.

Corrections may be issued when errors are found in a published article that affect its accuracy or clarity but do not invalidate its main findings or conclusions. Corrections will be clearly identified, linked to the original article, and made accessible to readers.

Retractions may be issued when an article is found to contain serious errors, plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, duplicate publication, or other forms of research misconduct that undermine the reliability or integrity of the publication. Retraction decisions will be made by the editorial team following a fair, objective, and thorough investigation, with the authors given an opportunity to respond where appropriate.

Retracted articles will remain accessible where possible but will be clearly marked as retracted, with the reasons for retraction explained transparently. The journal will maintain links between the retraction notice and the original article to preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.

All corrections and retractions will be handled in accordance with established publication ethics standards, ensuring transparency, fairness, and academic integrity throughout the process.
