Jurnal Arsip Unpand is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, integrity, and accessibility of its published scholarly content. The journal implements an electronic filing and digital preservation policy to safeguard its published articles, journal issues, and associated metadata against data loss, technical failures, and other risks that may affect the availability of its digital publications.

To support long-term digital preservation, Jurnal Arsip Unpand utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system and the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). These services support the preservation of the journal's digital content and help maintain access to scholarly publications over time.

Through LOCKSS, the journal enables its content to be collected and preserved by participating preservation networks in accordance with applicable archiving arrangements. In addition, PKP PN provides a distributed digital preservation service for eligible content published through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, helping safeguard the scholarly record in the event of website disruption or journal discontinuation.

The journal is committed to maintaining the availability and integrity of its digital archives through appropriate content management, website maintenance, and regular data backups. Its electronic filing and preservation practices are reviewed periodically to support the continued accessibility of published articles for researchers, archival professionals, academics, students, and the wider scholarly community.
