Plagiarism Policy

Jurnal Arsip Unpand is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of all published manuscripts. All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism by the editorial team using Turnitin, with a maximum acceptable similarity index of 25%.

Manuscripts exceeding the 25% similarity threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected by the editorial team. The editorial team carefully examines the Turnitin similarity report to determine whether the identified similarities indicate plagiarism or other inappropriate use of sources. The similarity index alone does not automatically establish plagiarism, as properly cited quotations, references, and other legitimate similarities must also be considered.

Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their manuscripts and appropriately acknowledging all sources used. Any confirmed case of plagiarism will be handled in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policy.
